4.1 Your Content

When you upload music tracks, artwork, images, or any other content to Blended Artists, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content you upload, or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and distribute such content
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• You have the legal right to grant us the licenses described in these terms
• Your uploaded tracks, artwork, samples, and any other materials are legally yours to upload and share

4.2 License Grant

By uploading content to Blended Artists, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content from the platform, subject to any ongoing obligations.

4.3 Copyright Infringement

We take intellectual property rights seriously. If we receive a valid complaint that your content infringes on another party's copyright, we reserve the right to remove such content and may suspend or terminate your account. Repeat infringement may result in permanent account termination.

5.1 Be a Good Citizen

Blended Artists is a community built for underground artists and their fans. We expect all users to contribute positively to this community. You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and dignity
• Engage in constructive and supportive interactions
• Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and artistic expressions
• Report violations of these guidelines when you encounter them

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Blended Artists:

• Hate Speech: Content or behavior that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Harassment and Bullying: Targeting individuals with abusive messages, threats, intimidation, or sustained unwanted contact
• Racism and Discrimination: Any content, comments, or behavior that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory
• Explicit or Illegal Content: Posting content that depicts or promotes illegal activities, child exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Spam and Manipulation: Excessive self-promotion, spam, manipulation of platform features, or artificial engagement tactics
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization
• Privacy Violations: Sharing others' private information without consent (doxxing)
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform

5.3 Enforcement

Violation of these community guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to moderate content and take action against accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10.1 "As Is" Service

Blended Artists is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blended Artists, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
